Lee Kuan Yew's wife Kwa Geok Choo has been warded at the Neurological Intensive Care Unit of Tan Tock Seng Hospital since her second stroke in May 2008. She suffered a third stroke in June 2008, and sources available to LEEWATCH suggest that she has suffered permanent brain damage and is not expected to recover from her coma.
