Martyn See, of Singapore Rebel fame, has completed a full transcript of Lee Kuan Yew’s cross-examination by SDP chief Chee Soon Juan:
Hi, I’m from Australia. I listened to the mp3 recordings of the defamation trial between CSJ and Lee.
Let me tell you the kind of “arguments” CSJ was making would not have lasted fifteen seconds in even a lower district court in Australia. The judge was very lenient in letting him go on. Lee’s comment about letting him hang himself were apt.

Mental acuity: Lee steadily reads a prepared speech.
Physical health: Lee feebly pushes around a shovel with both hands and walks a few steps, with a golf cart hovering in the background. He stands unassisted for a speech and claps hands.
