Really very much sad to heard the Madam Lee’s brain hamorage and we all pray for her health to recover and we will pray for MM Lee to recover from his personal sadness about Madam Lee. Really very much anxious to watch olden days 1960s MM Lee’s election speech in B&W video where he speak like a thunder and always receive thunderous applaude from the people. I am an Indian who lived in Singapore in 80s and now in Khartoum Sudan the general manager for Star Cement here and an ardent fan of MM Lee always from the beginning and still remember his debate with Jaya of worker’s party after Mr.Dhanabalan refer that case to arbitary committee-Halifudeen

Please do not hurt other’s feelings for a true leader. Everyone have their own worship, we always respect different people’s opinion, but Leaders like Lee, Nehru, brought a real changes to their country in their own style. Some one respect their style some one dislike as being too strict. But with them present and contributed we are living in a best of the worlds, highly literate society, strong foundation economy with a promising future for all. Even leaders like MGR brought a midday food system for whole tamil nadu today nearly all finishes their +12. Please do not use the words deception just like that. I have my personal respect and please you have no right to question my respect for a wonderful politician who has transformed a resourceless country to a respectable developed nation. Please respect other’s opinion before mentioning your’s opinion.

    halifudeen..

either you are naive or you are simply foolish to make such remarks.

  6. 6 Halifudeen

    Malaya,
I read your remarks and my answer for that is one tamil proverb which mention either you should have your own reasoning capacity or you should be atleast have the ability to copycat other’s reasoning capacity. Say Lee brought Singapore Airlines with the novel concept of transit and transport and many leaders like Sheik Mohamed of Dubai copy cat that to establish Emirates which starts with the capital of just $ 1 million and now today it is multi billion dollors airlines and in the same way U.A.E. President Sheik Khalifah brought Etihad which now develops Abudhabi sector, most of the Gulf leaders follows Singapore as inspiration. For PSA, Sheik Mohamed brought Dubai World.
I didnt complete that Tamil proverb, if anyone either doesnt have their own or doesnt copy cat others are only brats and super brats with nothing inside.
My warm Regards to you Mr.Malaya.
